Terms of service

Service agreements

All services are confirmed by written quote delivered by email. The quoted price is final unless the scope of work changes after quoting, in which case a revised quote is provided before proceeding.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service incur no fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee described in your service quote.

Liability

HJ Moving and Cleaning carries comprehensive coverage for all services. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. HJ is not liable for damage to items not disclosed at the time of quoting.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

To provide and coordinate services, deliver your written quote, communicate about your booking, send marketing emails (only with consent), and administer the HJ Home Plan and referral program.

Marketing communications

We send marketing emails only to individuals who have opted in. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
